Ayer pisto, hoy picadillo, mañana salmorejo, toodo el verano de la huerta, aquí llaman del pais, por eso llaman a un plato típico de esta zona, ” el salta- vallao”, os explico q és ( ir al huerto y cojer lo que esté de buen ver: pimientos, tomates, cebolla, huevos…con esto suficiente para un salta- vallao…os juro que tomarlo acabadonde hacer en leña y debajo una higuera no tiene precio.
